What is Lunar Mod for Hakchi?

LunarMod for Hakchi, is a mod for Megadrive Mini consoles that have been modified with Hakchi software.

This mod adds the Start menu as well as most features of the Lunar Project, such as Wi-Fi, overclock and other optimizations.

It is not a copy, nor a menu created imitating a Lunar Project, they are the configuration and executable files adapted to Hakchi.


Why have I done it?

The aesthetics of Project Lunar is beautiful and very good taste, with wifi and a little work you can do wonders, the Retroarch / Emustation environment gives many possibilities, but personally I do not like the way in the management of the roms.

The ease with which Hakchi adds, removes and modifies the list of games as well as its execution options or changing the covers of the games seems much more efficient to me.

At first I did not think it was possible, but little by little I was getting it to start working, at first I was satisfied that the main menu would be executed, I never thought that Wi-Fi and overclock would work and much less that I could manage with my own Project Lunar options menu, all running on Hakchi and leaving rom management to the latter.

And if my time is spent with this project, this is why, I don't feel like continuing to wait for Project Lunar to release new versions.
